The Origins Gaviota Group
Founded in 1968 by Víctor Guillén Barceló as Forjas del Vinalopó, our company began by manufacturing tools for curtains. With Spain’s entry into the European Economic Community in the 1980s, we expanded our offerings with tubular motors and opened new locations. In the 1990s, we focused on awning systems, gaining international presence. Today, with a global presence and a production capacity of 60,000 square meters, we are a reference point in the industry.
